Boxing Fitness

Brad is an experienced and certified personal trainer operating out of Jetts Thornlands. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their health and fitness goals and provides them with the knowledge and motivation they need to succeed.

Brad understands the importance of a personalised approach and tailors his clients’ training programs to their individual needs. He takes the time to get to know each of his clients and thoroughly assesses their fitness goals and capabilities. He then develops a plan of action for each client to ensure that they reach their desired goals.

Brad also takes the time to explain the importance of proper nutrition and its impact on overall health and fitness. He provides his clients with valuable nutrition advice to help them make healthy dietary choices.

"I think that a key element in any training session is making sure that you're having fun. That can seem hard when you're 30 minutes in and you don't want to lift another 20kg bar above your head for the 30th time but I guarantee that we'll find a way."
